Abstract

Penicillin Binding Protein 2B (PBP2B) is an important protein involved in cell division of Bacillus subtilis. This protein contains two Penicillin binding and Serine and Threonine kinase Associated (PASTA) domains, but the role of these domains remains unknown. Here, I investigated the role of the Bacillus subtilis PASTA domains using microscopy and single-molecule tracking.
